   Headache... (Allergies board)

23rd September 2006
Thank's very much for your response dear, I really think I need to buy some covers for my bed, Do you know what's they're made of?
I got to maint dosage 3 weeks ago but I got anphlixis, So now they decreased my dosage.. to 0.1 ... next week it'll be 0.2... and hopefully in two weeks it'll be maint dose again(Just without the anph reaction I hope).
I never had mental problem, It's just that lately the I figured that my allergies are also effecting my socializing especially with girls, Making me always dizzy and unfocused with red eye having an hard time just to look at somebody's eyes...
The shots has improved my eye allergy to be honest.
What did not helped my eye allergy are the antihistaminic eye drops.. and mast stablizers and etc.. I really think EVERYBODY should get away of these.. I think it's sideffects are worse then the allergy itself...
Tried patanol, optilast, crompotic, livostin and gods know what else...

thanks again..

The longer you are on maintance the better you will feel. It is a good sign that you have seen a little improvement before even reaching maintance. Check out National Allergy Supply for the dustmite covers. The have all cloth ones, ranging in price. The cheaper ones are polyester, the more expensive ones are a cotton/poly blend. I have a no kidding plastic one on my box spring, since it is cheap, a polyester one on my mattress, and I splurged for the cotton blend for my pillow, just because I tend to get hot, so I wanted the fabric to breathe.
