I was on Oxycontin several years ago for almost a year. I was prescribed ... sent to a pain managment dr, who prescribed it.. Oxycontin is good med in some ways such as it lasting 12 hours ... is used as a very last option for pain managment. Oxycontin is extremely expensive.
The reason for all the ... med you try, you are still going to have some pain. Oxycontin won't take it completely away.
