just start taking yasmin the sunday after your period started. so if your period started on tuesday or wednesday, you continue to bleed and just take your first yasmin pill today. hope this helps? :) good luck! ps. i am on lo ovral and really like it ...no side effects :)

thanks for your advice. Well i only started my period yesterday, came off the pill last tuesday. Just wondering if it is okay to just have the 7 day break then start again on yasmin this wednesday? really quite worried i'm messing myself up with switching pills. Lo Ovral sounds good, no side effects must be amazing :)
