When do you usually feel symptoms of your period coming on? Like a few days before? I take Lo Ovral and I think I can start feeling my stomach cramp up a little bit about a day or two before and I feel extremely tired and crave sugar about from Monday on my placebo pills until I get my period. is this normal?

Yep, definitely normal. I get what I call the 'period sleepies' during my period.
