I am also on Lo Ovral. You take the first active (white) pill on Sunday. The pack will say sunday, and mine has a little arrow pointing to it. So for example, say you start your period on this Thursday, you bleed that day, Friday, Saturday, and take your first active pill on Sunday ...even if you are still bleeding. Hope this clears up some confusion!:)
