The only thing that helped my libido was getting off hormonal birth control. I had low libido on Ortho-novum 7/7/7, Ortho-tricyclen lo (plus a TON of breakthrough bleeding with this one), Ovcon 50, Ovcon 35, Loestrin, and Yasmin. I may have left out one or two. The pill really kills the libido, especially taken long term.
