Sorry you're having such trouble :(
My first thought is to try a different BC pill. There are about a gazillion on the market now, and they all seem to do different things to different women. I think this would be the easiest, quickest way to at least eliminate the pill as causing your symptoms. If your visit with the ob/gyn was recent, a phone call to their office is usually enough to have them phone in a different pill prescription for you. Sometimes it takes a couple months for the new pill to "settle in" so to speak and your body to get used to it, but I went from Levora to Ortho-Novum 1/35, and I felt better within a week.
Definitely discuss the dizzy episode at work with the doc, either your ob/gyn or your family doctor. It could be stress. I used to suffer from dizzy spells, and it turned out it was stress combined with a poor diet. But still, dizzy combined with migraines plus BC pills can be a sign of bad things. Also discuss the spotting before your period. My doc switched me to another pill because I was heavily spotting in the week(s) before my period. He said it wasn't strong enough.
I guess what I'm basically trying to say is address the most recent changes that your body has gone through, i.e., new BC pill and stopping the depression meds. Hopefully through a process of elimination, you'll get to the bottom of your problem.
Best of Luck :)
P.S. Geez, I just read back over your post and saw cramps in your leg. Migraines and leg cramps while on BC can be a sign of a clot. I don't mean to scare you, but call your doctor as soon as you can.
