I am not really sure how much spiro is in Yasmin. I would really take spiro and bc separately. I take 50mg of spiro a day and a low dose estrogen bc (Ortho-novum 1/35). I am so shocked that just those two simple meds helped me. Not to mention that now I am not constantly drying out and irritating my face with creams and lotions. Just a simple routine of dove soap, oil free moisturizer (and the bc and spiro). Before it would take me like 20 minutes to get ready for bed (Wash, Toner, Mask or scrub and benzoyl peroxide lotion and then finally moisturizer) I really think that I was so obsessed with getting my skin clear that I did too much. I really hope that this helps someone out there!

Congratulations to you! What a relief. Do you also feel OK on these meds? Were you on the pill before also?
