OTC appears to have a rather bad history of causing a lot of different side effects for many women who take it. Both OTC and OTC Lo are known for breakthrough bleeding especially.

Have you considered trying regular Ortho-Cyclen? It's been around a very long time and seems to have a better side effect profile than OTC and OTC Lo.

And I wanted to add that just because you didn't have problems with a particular pill in the past doesn't mean that you won't have problems with it now. The depo most certainly did cause some of this problem but it's also because your body changed while you were not on OTC and now it probably doesn't tolerate it like it used to.
