BC causing veins? (Birth Control board)

So, I am almost 100% certain that my pill is causing me spider veins on my legs. So, do I change to another pill or will this stop?

Advice!

It's really hard to tell without knowing how the exact actions of the BC horomones cause spider veins. I know when I first noticed the veins in my legs, it was towards the end of about 4 years on Depo, then I switched back to pills (before the Depo, I had taken pills, Ortho-Cyclen 1/35, for 5 years).

If you are going to switch pills, it may help switching to something that is considered "low-dose" if you are able to, but who knows. The Nuva Ring is supposed to release a steady amount of horomone, I think the horomone exposure with it is a lot lower than with pills. My only other suggestions would be to abstain or use some other form of birth control, such as an IUD, condoms/foam, or cervical cap.
