Hey!
My regimine is as follows. It took about 2 months to notice dramatic results, but I'm pretty satisfied with how my face is now (knock on wood it lasts!).
Morning:
Wash face with Neutrogena "Transparent Bar" face soap
Put on topical Benzaclin
SPF 15 Cetaphil lotion (if needed)
Night:
Wash face with same soap
Put on topical Differin
Add lotion (if needed)
After/during breakfast, I also take several vitamins:
Multivitamin, C, D, E, Calcium, Cromium (everyday)
A, B5, B12, B-complex, Alfalfa, Selenium (every other day)
I also take Acidopholus 2-3 times per day, two hours away from when I take my Doxycycline (100 mg/2X a day).
Finally, I am on Ortho-cyclen, but I believe it is the jolting of hormones that got me into this mess in the first place. I'm hoping now that the BCP (on it for 5 months) is finally starting to work its anti-androgen magic.
I will be going to my dermatologist in a week-- I'll let you know if she changes my regimine any if you're interested!
GOOD LUCK and HANG IN THERE!
