Minocyline worked the best but I don't like taking anti-b's for long so I got off em. I've been using differin for 9 months and it helps but it still is pretty bad. Try using nizoral shampoo or a shampoo with zinc in it. These supposedly have anti androgen properties and if your a female it could be caused by androgens. Also, how old are you?
