hey all, I actually have seborheic dermatitis (spelling) and I found that the nizoral 2% shampoo I got from the derm ahs given my skin back it's regular look :D the accutane is working so well for me and I am only just into my 2nd month of the 4 month course, I can barely see a single spot, just a few not-very-noticeable ones, a couple of under the skin bumps and a buncha red marks that make my skin look a bit blotchy close up, but other than that i'm definitely getting clearer by the day, and accutane is also taking care of my scars as well, my nose which had loadsa indents on in now practically smooth and produced no oil now unlike before when it went all shiny and greasy, and the surrounding pores are all closing up it is such a good feeling ;D

Of course i'm not in the clear yet, hopefully soon I will be though :D
