My derm recommended the following shampoos:
Neutrogena T/Gel
Nizoral
Polytar A.F.
Cliniderm
I've never tried them, so I can't vouch for them (I checked out the neutrogena but it smelled really weird, so I didn't get it). But, the derm said that they are all non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic - So I can't imagine that they would make acne worse or cause it. If you don't mind the smell of them, they might be worth a try to save your hair.
I found that shampoo doesn't really affect/cause acne on my face. I'm nervous about conditioner tho - so I use a spray in / leave on conditioner and just spray it on the ends (so that it doesn't leave any oil around my face.) Maybe something like that would work for you too?
