T Gel is a shampoo containing Coal Tar,my friend who is a hairdresser told me that Coal Tar is great for flaky scalps but not very good for your hair as it strips it of moisture,if you have dandruff try Nizoral shampoo because it doesn't dry your hair and you only have to use every 4 days or so
