The same thing happened to me. It felt like there was something there--stuck, and after a while I was having sharp pains in my back also. It bothered me so much I went to the ER where they figured a vitamin I had taken was stuck. They put me on nexium and within a few hours I felt great. I'm positive it's realated to acid reflux--in my case.
