im 25 and always feel sick to my stomach, I feel almost like a little nauseated and not wanting to eat, its like every 4 days i get like this for a few days and i tried to eliminate everything i could think of... i thought for awhile maybe it was milk... but i dunno. I did notice my bowel movements take forever to have one now and when i do its hard to.. i did a laxative yesterday not alot happened just alot of cramping.. anyone know what this might be? i have acid reflux which i have taken nexium, prevacid , n zegerid .. they helped the acid but not the way my stomach feels...
