I would recommend going to a dr.. they can prescripe nasonex or flonaise..which both work very well. Just don't take affrin or anything like that because that's very addicting. Saline spray works well. It also sounds like you may have a sinus infection.

The post-nasal crap can be very sickening.. I just had septioplasty as well as other sinus procedures and now my post nasal drip is blood... which is SOOOOOO gross!
