Nasonex is stronger than other sprays like Nasacort or Rhinocort. It gave me slight nosebleed after about a month of use but then my ent told me to to use a saline spray first to moisten the nasal passages before using the nasonex. That helped quite a bit, no more bleeding after that.
I've been using the nasonex on and off for 7 months now. Didn't clear up my congestion. Actually the past week, its getting worst and my sinus x-rays were clear.
