I dealt with ear pain and ear popping for months. I was super sensitive to the time prior to a storm. I'd get an instant headache. A few months into this I started dizzy spells that terrified me. After a bad dizzy spell, I was wiped out for the rest of the day. So, I sent myself to an ENT. He sent me to an allergist. He said being dizzy and off balance is attributed to allergies. I had never known that before. I now take Zyrtec, Zyrtec D, Singulair, and Nasacort Aqua. They have helped my ears and dizzy spells. However, problems still arise in high humidity or prior to a storm. He told me some people are just human barometers unfortunately. Ask for some new meds. You'll feel a world of difference. Prior to seeing him I was terrified I had a tumor or something up there. I also have swollen turbinate tissue in my nose. They said they could remove it surgically but after all the bad reports I found on the web I'll skip it. People's symptoms seem to worsen after having that. good luck
