I have the same problem. My doctor said that my passages were 80% blocked. I take claritin and Nasacort (2X) a day. Drinking lots of fluid helps. Im sure taking steriod pills would help but those really arent good for you. I wish there was an easy answer but from the research I have done on the net antihistamines and steriod nasal sprays seem to be the best bet
