Lenin, I'm sorry if my post wasn't clear. My husband went to the dr with high blood pressure - 170/100 and he was given Lasix and Monopril. Hopefully these two pills will give him some control. He was told to take Lasix for a few days without the monopril to see if it causes any side effects and then if not, to add the monopril to the mix. I was just curious what others had to say about these two drugs. I know Lasix is a water pill and monopril is an ACE inhibitor, hopefully without the cough side effect, if that could be possible.Oh the joys of growing old.................!
