Naprosyn and Mobic are both non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Of all the possible side effects they can have, gastrointestinal side effects (pain, gas, diarrhea, nausea, heartburn, etc) are frequent and definitely the most common for both. Looking at the data from their clinical trials, it's hard to discern (unless they are compared to each other in the same trial) which one is more likely to cause diarrhea, but obviously the Mobic isn't agreeing with you.
Am wondering if a slight reduction in dosage will help your bowels and still give you pain relief. Definitely talk to your doctor if it continues.
