I was hoping since it's been around for a few years the price would go down. I would just go on spiro b/c it's cheaper but the breakthrough bleeding it sounds like would be very annoying. Does the breakthrough bleeding ever stop?

It sounds like you favor the monophasic pill. Mircette is also frequently used for acne, and it's available in a generic. However, it runs about $35 per pack.
