Spiro is good :) I agree that Yasmin is best for acne, but since I had too many side effects I switched to Desogen and my skin is fine. Yasmin is anti-androgenic, Desogen (and Cyclessa and Mircette) are non-androgenic, and the rest are slightly to quite a bit androgenic as far as progestins go...
