All of them have the theoretical potential to do it by lowering testosterone. But a lot depends on the progestin. Yasmin is anti-androgenic so for most people that would be the best for acne. Different pills with desogestrel (desogen, cyclessa, mircette) are theoretically second best because they have no androgen activity. Ortho Tri-Cyclen is slightly androgenic. Pills with levornorgestrel are a lot more androgenic. Hope that helps :)
