[COLOR="Navy"]Try adding Miralax to your diet. It is OTC and you can get it at Walmart Tartget, Costco, etc. It has just recently become available OTC. It is mixed in either eater or juice, and you drink it down. Within three days you will nocitce that you have normal regular movements. There is no taste or mouth feel to this. I take alot of meds and this has been a life saver for me. After a few weeks you can decide if you need to take it every day or every other... good luck.
