[COLOR="Navy"]Try using Miralax. It is an OTC that you can get at COSTCO or WalMart or Target. It has just come on the market without prescription. It willl take about 3 days to work, but it really is effective. You mix it with water or juice. It has no mouth feel or taste. I take alot of heavy duty drugs that constipate me and this takes care of that.

I agree. Get some Miralax. It does not cramp, and works great! It doesn't make you run to the bathroom, can be mixed in any beverage, and has no taste! Good Luck and have fun!

I too recommend Miralax, mix it in any beverage & you can't tell it's there. People on vacation tend to ignore their urge to go because it's not the right time or right place. Try to drink lots of water & eat fruits & vegies as much as possible. Have a GREAT vacation!
