I can't believe I know so much now about how the digestive tract works now. I could be made an honorary gastroenterologist. At least I seem to know more now than the one I go to.

I started taking Chlorella in capsule form. I seems to work!! I was taking Miralx everyday and it inconsistently produced soft bowels but I still had blood dripping out of me from hemhorroids even though I couldn't feel them being scraped anymore....but after stopping the Miralax and beginning Chlorella, I finally have soft S-shaped BM's and the blood is gone!

Has anyone else tried this natural remedy?
