Ask your doctor about taking Miralax, works great. My bloodpressure med causes chronic constipation. I tried many things, but the gastrointerlogist prescribed Miralax. I take it every day. Miralax is by prescription, works by causing stools to absorb more liquid, kinda fluffs up the stools.

Miralax is one of the few things I haven't tried. My dad is in the same situation and his blood pressure meds cause him similar problems. I'll have to give it a shot. Any idea how long it takes before results are experienced?
