ok so i have posted here i have little pimples on my arms/chest/back some with little white heads some without could it be that was is causing this is all the junk food i eat (mcdonalds,BK,chocolate,kfc,etc.) and all the working out (basketball,boxing,weights,etc.) i do that my skin is trying to get rid of excess grease?if not could it be the sweat?

Also has anyone here ever used metronidazole topical cream with good results or know anything about it?
