Well i was taking metoprolol 100 mg but since i have not been back to the doctor i have no more refiles left either . Guess i just have to wait and see what happens .

Still have not tooken any sleeping pills or any nyquil , which feels great , and have no headache either . The last time i tried stopping them cold turkey like this my heart did the exact some thing but was much worser , if it gets worser i will diffently go . Last night it got where i could hardly breath when it done that fluttering in my chest , if it keeps it up i will go to the hospital
