funnym, congratulations on the new job!!! Now this HAS to be a first that someone actually was able to go to a job interview AND did well enough to GET the job on DAY#3!!!!!! If you could do that then you are managing quite well and should be good enough to start on Wed. This Fri-Day3 so Wed will be Day8...most are feeling MUCH better by then.
The nausea is normal. Try some peppermint candy or peppermint tea it will help. Ginger helps settle the stomach as well; you can get it in pill form...try to eat something before taking it though and drink an entire glass of water when you take it.
If the nausea is really bad you can get an OTC anti-nausea product called Meclizine HCI. Its cheap and Walmart carries it in the stomach aide section. It is very effective and used to be RX only, but it was likely higher dose level as RX.
funnym, have you gone through "heavy legs/restless legs" cycle yet? It has been about a year since I detoxed so I am trying to remember here....as I recall after Day 3 you are going level off with aches/pains and somewhat feel kinda flatlined on the worst of the symptoms....but then that phase transitions in HEAVY legs...where it feels like your legs weigh so much it takes all you have to move them; feel like they are somebody else's legs on your body...it last only a day. During that phase I just went to bed. After heavy legs then your leg sensories start WAKING UP and you get random misfirings of lil electric legs...aka restless legs ....you will read a lot about restless legs on threads. Some things are posted on SAMPLE HOME DETOX THREAD in Moderator's Section that will help; you just have to experiment to find what works for you hon.
Funny, if you can just go to bed and rest as much as you can. Try to visualize yourself just "dancing" with the rhythm of WDs....as a feeling becomes intense just recognize it as ohhhhhhhh there you are, ok, I was expecting you would be knocking...do some deep breathing exercises (again in Home Detox Thread) tighten and release muscles to progressively break the hold on your sensories...and HOT baths if you can...MANY....they will help. Also, heating pad or hot rice socks (see Home Detox post).
Hang in there...we are all pulling for you!!!!!!!
