Thanks for the replies. I did take Maxair (similar to albuterol) about 20 minutes before we performed, but it didn't help. (that was the first time it didnt help) so after about five minutes after finishing the show, i felt the same as while i was actually running so I took the maxair again. At that point, i only had the Maxair and Advair 100. I went to the ER and they gave me albuterol instead of Maxair and a spacer to use and also a pred burst. Then I went to the allergist and he said not to use the maxair, just albuterol when i need it and before exercise and then he kept me on advair and added Singulair. I think singulair is helping quite a bit but he also thought I might have VCD. THanks for all the advice, if you've got more, i'd love it!
