I have such horrible fatigue and even though I try to use my CPAP religiously, it helps very little. I ache all over, throw up nearly every day, have horrible pain in my stomach that I feel like I m going to explode. I have chronic constipation but my worst pain is on my right side and I attributed it to chronic pancreatitis and ulcers but I also get bad pains on my left side. I have been sick for over 20 years and it began with chronic fatigue symptoms. I keep getting recurrent UTI's and just completed a round of macrobid 1 week ago and now have to begin another round. I have migraines so bad that I take triptan medications almost daily. I have recurring fevers, depression which gets worse with antidepressants but I do take xanax because I have panic attacks. The past year I have developed seronegative rheumatoid arthritis and the knuckles in both hands are so swollen that I cannot wear my rings. I suffer from constant pain in my joints and have had several back and neck surgeries, I get torn ligaments, knee pain and rotator cuff injuries doing very little. My memory is poor sometimes I can look at a person I know well, like my daughter-in-law and cannot produce her name. I have alot of neurological pain and when I get the flu I always get sicker than my family and I get alot of sicknesses that my family doesn't get. I know I must sound like a total whiner and I try to just "suck it up" like my son says but I am not like a normal 52 year old and for years have not enjoyed life due to constant fatique. I used to speed walk and had to give it up because the pain was not worth the gain.
