I took a pill last night thinking it was a lortab.....it was white and oval. It had green specks and said (I think) 35/49 and the letter V underneath that. I got really nauseated and got scared it was not my old lortab .....I tried to pull it at [removed] but I could not find it. What kind of pill did I take? It was a big white tablet with alot of green specks.

I just looked up Lortab in a pill identifier, and it is oval and white with green specks. Also, one of the side effects is nausea.

So, I think you did take Lortab, and then it either irritated your stomach, or you got nauseous because of something you ate or a run of the mill stomach bug. You'll be ok!

Call a pharmacist (best bet) or get a PDR Physicians Desk Refference at the library
