My pollen allergies have been bad lately. Can allergies cause my anxiety to get bad.
I noticed that when I wake up in the morning, my anxiety is bad. I have this rush of adreneline and I have to take a lorazepam to calm down. It does get a a little better as the day goes on.
Do the allergies effect the central nervous system?
