I am soooo glad that I am not the only one with the heart attack, muscle aching, brain freakin' out w/d's. It must be more normal than I thought. I was wondering...is it worst for you in the morning and then hits hard again in the evening? My back aches so bad that my heating pad has become my best friend. I'm constantly thinking that I'm dying - it's horrible. I started my taper at the beginning of January (At Christmas I was at 6mg Lorazepam a day). Every week I cut it in half. Finally when I was down to .5mg every other day I took the plunge and quit. Even with tapering I've had horrible w/d's. I can't even imagine what would of happened to me if I would of went cold turkey. How are you doing? Are your w/d's still bad or have they lightened up? Hang in there!!!!! :wave:
