I have been on Lo-ovral BC for about 9 months for irregular bleeding and endo. I started my period on Friday and by sat I was flooding. I woke up Sat night and had soaked thru a tampon and a huge pad. When I went to the bath room that stuff exploded out of me! Tampon and all just gust out of me! It scared me to death. I had a regular Dr. appointment today with my family Dr. and he wants me to take provera for 10 days...

Won’t that mess me up forever? No BC pills and provera for 10 days. Then what? He said make an appointment with the OB/GYN Dr. and see about an ablatation.

Has anyone else had this come on all of a sudden like that? My periods has been very predictable on the pill. I did have a lot of unusual pains and cramping a couple of weeks before my period this time that has never happened before.

Any thoughts would me greatly appreciated!:confused:
