Fuzzy thinking fuzzy vision (Menopause board)

Hopefully,

Like you, I am on the Lo-ovral bcp. I am 1 week into my second pill pack. The week I was on the placebo pills, I felt horrible. I was anxious and my heart was either pounding or racing. It is amazing at how some of suffer when we are estrogen deficient. Who would have ever thought hormones could be so potent? I hope you find relief when you start back on the active pills - I did within 2 days.

Mary you would think that there was away to prevent us from feeling so horrible for 7 days. I dread reaching the 4th week of my bcp. I started back on the hormone pills today, two days early. The thought of going two more days without hormones was not very pleasant. Besides I woke up this morning with a wretched headache, I think it was a migraine although I don't suffer with migraines. I felt tired (couldn't sleep last night), and off balance like I was leaning to one side while I was walking. That's when I quickly popped that hormone pill. Then after my second pain reliever the headache finally subsided, I didn't feel off balanced, and my energy level improved.

Oh yes, who would have thought that hormones could cause such havoc. I surely didn't.
