:confused: The elevated magnesium sticks out as odd to me. Hypermagnesemia is rare.

I read on another website: "Other conditions that can predispose to mild hypermagnesemia are diabetic ketoacidosis (from long standing untreated diabetes), adrenal insufficiency, hyperparathyroidism and lithium intoxication."
