i was tested for add a couple of years ago and apparently it was ruled out (although the test didn't appear to specifically direct add, rather learning disabilities).

i'm 36 years old; my new prescriber is certain i have add and put me on strattera. i'm at only 18mg; i'm very med-sensitive and so she is progressing slowly.

my question is: am i right in thinking that strattera will do nothing for someone without add (as lithium will not do anything for someone with no mental illness)?
