I have not been diagnosed with addison's. I dont think I have full blown addisons but I know I am either on my way or have significant adrenal fatigue.

My tsh before meds was 4.565 and on 75 of Levoxyl TSH was 0.77 and my doc freaked out cause shes an idiot but I am now back on it. (Self-medicating which I plan to do with Cortef as well soon)

I had tried to get my doc to do the ACTH stim test but she is an idiot and must have a belief that if it wasnt used in the 50s or 60s it is in her words "voodoo".

Finding a doc that truly understands throid and adrenals is nearly impossible. To be a good doc, they can never stop learning.

And I totally feel the same way, I really miss waking refreshed ready to take on the day... 5 years now or so

uhm... bad idea. There is a reason why Hydrocortisone is available by prescription only. By self medicating you are likely to only mess up your HPA axis even more than it already might be. Find a better doctor if your current one cannot help.
