Worried, but do I really have reason to be? (Pregnancy-Teen board)

12th October 2007
Hey everyone. =]

Sooo. I am on Levora BC pills - have been for about a year - and in the first week of my pack I missed (= took the next day as soon as I remembered) two pills.

I ended up getting intimate with my honey (and, as this might end up being important info, there was no vaginal penetration involved) and then later learned that you should use some form of backup BP for a week after missing any pills. Oops.

Being the (overly) paranoid person that I am, I took some of the Plan B that my clinician gave me something like...four days afterwards.

I am now four pills into my inactive week and haven't gotten my period yet, which kind of worries me.

I have had some of the following symptoms ever since missing my pills. The problem is, I don't know if they are actually related to a possible pregnancy or just related to the changes I have made in my lifestyle since coming to college:

+ frequent urination
+ congestion/runny nose
+ pains under my ribs and on my back (varies from time to time)
+ sleepiness (but only a little worse than usual)
+ a heavy feeling under my public bone (I think this might be in my mind, or it might have to do with the constipation I was having)
+ constipation

Can anyone give me any answers here? On one hand, I think my body might be a little thrown off from the Plan B (one doctor once told me it might cause me to not even HAVE a period because it would throw off my cycle - gee, that's great) as I have taken it once before and ended up with a light period on the last three of my pills. But, being a freshman in college and all, I really want to get another opinion on what might be going on.

So...any ideas, loves?

Thanks so much!
