For the past two days I've noticed that when I sleep my mouth gets really dry and my taste buds on the tip of my tongue all swell up. Its very very painful. Recently I've started on the birth control pill levora (3 months) and I found out that I'm pre-diabetic so I'm taking metformin (1 month). I have no idea why my taste buds keep swelling up. Any ideas?
