I have been taking Estrostep fe for 3 months. The first two months I had some mild nausea a few times and really bad cramps during my period. Then the third month the nausea got worse, I had some spotting during the 2nd week and I was concerned about the bad cramping (since they were worse than when I wasn't on the pill). I called my Dr. and she decided to switch me to Levlite which is low-dose pill with the same dose through the whole month. I will begin taking it this coming Sunday. Maybe you need a low-dose pill?
