Hello sawbuck... I too am curious to see if anyone has tried Diamaxol... I will say that I've dropped my insulin requirements by more than half, from 40 units per day of lantus to 14 by using phytoplankton UMAC brand. My A1C went from above 9 to below 7 in 6 months. My diet was exactly the same. I was just less brittle. Unfortunately that was the first two years... and now I seem to be getting back to my usual brittle self, still not as bad as I once was, and am now motivated to see if anyone else has anything to offer....
