You have a patient come in after an episode at home where he falls flat on his face, has a seizure turns blue. He snaps out of it, gets up gets something to eat returns to his room. He gets up and falls down, choking, eyes rolling in the back of his head. We get him to move, he sits up looking at you not even recognizing you, and passes out again. 911 is called, he claims he is fine. But is convinced to go to the ER for an evaluation. BP is 126/70, O2 is 97%, HR is 88. Look at his eyes they are glazed over, uneven pupils. Taking Clomid for depression and Klonopin for anxitey. Past 4 months been very sick with EBV (Epstein Barr Virus) and sleeping 16hrs./day. Every night he is getting up and walking in the closet, wife finds him there, no memory of it at all. He's been having tremors as well 2x with in a 2 week period. One of the MD's he has feels a piece is missing to the puzzle, not sure of the erratic behavior/mood changes. Does anyone have any information to help along with this case? Much appreciated if you do. Thanks
