thanks I know it helps w/sleep cause I also use it for that but it just seems that Ive been sick for 11 days now and still alot of post nasal drip. Im taking Keflex and Mucinex and benedryl when I am really bad and of course lots of rest and water. Thanks for the replies to all who entered a response. And u allstay well too.
