hey 40somethingguy, I believe I have a similar problem to yours. A year ago I went to see my doctor, he wasn't sure what it was (he doubted it was fungal because I had previously tried 2 different over-the-counter anti-fungals). He perscribed for me antibiotic (keflex) and an antifunal cream (loprox). After a few days, the rashes completely disappeared.

However over the course of the year, I have had small reoccurances, and just recently they have gotten much worse. So I probably will be visiting the doctor again in a few days and ask if they can do something to identify it.
